industries.Slice of Stainless, Inc. guarantees to supply a copy of original mill certifications, traceable to the original producing
mill with the purchase of all material, at time of shipment.Slice of Stainless, Inc. guarantees to retain records of purchases, sales, and certification for future needs minimum for 7 years.Slice of Stainless, Inc. guarantees any stocked item will be certified to one of the following appropriate AMS or ASTMA specifications.Slice of Stainless, Inc. inspects all material prior to being put into inventory. Inventoried material inspections include: grade, thickness,
producer, and heat number.Slice of Stainless, Inc. calibrates all gauges manually. Gauges are tagged with last & next calibration date. All gauges conform to NIST and meets requirements for MIL-STD-45662A, ANSI/NCSL Z450-1-1994 and ISO 10012, ISO/IEC 17025Slice of Stainless, Inc. guarantees the thickness of any stocked item to stay within the tolerance allowed by the AMS-2242 or ASTMA-480 specifications.Slice of Stainless, Inc. guarantees the below stated shearing tolerances:
Sheared Sheet: .010 - .135Pre-Stocked Sizes: +/- .062
Custom Sheared Sizes: + .062-0
Sheet & Plate: .150 - .250
Pre-Stocked Blanks: +/- .125
Custom Sheared Sizes: + .125-0
